Wildlife Conservation Holidays

Like anyone passionate about wildlife, we at Naturetrek want to help conserve the world’s habitats and species for future generations to enjoy. Each year we team up with leading wildlife charities to offer tours that make a direct contribution to conservation, and we also aim to make our holidays carbon neutral.

Naturetrek wildlife conservation tours

Naturetrek & conservation

Statistics about the decline of some of the world’s most iconic species, such as Tigers and Orang Utans, make hard reading. We’re proud to offer you a chance to see these magnificent creatures and other endangered species while also making a contribution towards saving them.

A selection of our conservation tours:

When you book a Naturetrek conservation holiday, you make a donation towards a particular wildlife charity. Here are a few to choose from:

  • A holiday run in conjunction with Environmental Investigation Agency (EIA) focusing on big game in India’s Kaziranga National Park
  • An EIA tour to look for Orang Utans in Borneo
  • A wide selection of Butterfly Conservation tours

Naturetrek & climate friendly travel

By booking a Naturetrek tour we help you to travel with a clear conscience. We help carbon-neutralise the effects of air travel on Naturetrek holidays. To find out more about Naturetrek’s involvement with World Land Trust, or on how to make your Naturetrek tour carbon neutral, call us on 01962 733051.

A selection of our ‘flightless’ holidays:

  • An exploration of Belgium’s summer wildlife
  • Picos & Plains – the best of Northern Spain
  • All of our UK tours & short breaks

Our conservation specialist recommends …

Maryanne Mills - Managing Director"I’d recommend our 10-day holiday with International Animal Rescue (IAR), which includes a visit to the Bear Sanctuary in Agra. IAR has succeeded in ending the cruel practice of ‘dancing’ bears in India and our tour offers an opportunity to see the rehabilitated bears recovering and enjoying life again."
