Jasmin Sutton – Reservations & Customer Support Assistant

Jasmin joined our Reservations and Customer Support team in January 2023. Her role involves a mixture of customer-focused duties, including answering the phone to assist with your queries, taking and processing bookings, and sending out pre-departure packs containing all the necessary information for your upcoming holidays. Jasmin also oversees our monthly Open Days and assists with all our event organisation, including our ‘Winter Roadshow’!

Jasmin graduated from Canterbury Christ Church in 2022 with a degree in events management, which goes hand in hand with her extended diploma in travel and tourism. During her time at university, Jasmin was an active member of the Canterbury Christ Church lacrosse team and has carried it on post-graduation, playing for her local city team. She loves to be active and will always fit something in after work, whether on the pitch, in the gym, or walking around local areas of natural beauty.

Jasmin grew up with annual trips to the south-west coast of the United Kingdom with her family and found a passion for coastal walks and being near the sea. Jasmin enjoys learning about the culture and history of any country she visits. One of her favourite travel adventures was journeying through Canada’s western regions from Vancouver to Calgary. Here she filled her time with whale-watching boat trips accompanied by dolphins and seals, hiking through the Rocky Mountains and visiting the spectacular Lake Louise, with the ultimate highlight being spotting a mother Brown Bear and cub on the side of the road.
