Mathew Meehan

Growing up in South Wales and having a passionate interest in Welsh wildlife from an early age, it’s no surprise that Mathew found himself forming a career working for nature conservation working for the RSPB for the last ten years. He further developed his knowledge of birds by travelling throughout mainland Europe, Asia and Australia before taking up his first role connecting people to nature by leading walks and activities as an Engagement Officer for the RSPB. With his experience of wildlife in South Wales, he’s beginning to establish a number of key destinations within the Brecon Beacons and the Vale of Glamorgan showcasing what these areas has to offer.
