We are delighted to announce that, following the magazine's latest annual membership survey, Naturetrek has been named a 'Which?' Recommended Provider for Escorted Tours. The survey asked customers to rate their experience of different travel companies taking into account accommodation, customer service, organisation and value for money, among other factors.
The news first appeared in the July edition of the ‘Which?’ magazine, in which we were given a short write-up on page 53. We had the joint best score of any of the new entries on the list, and two things that were specifically mentioned in the article were our professional and expert naturalist guides and our high level of customer service.
Overall, Naturetrek was placed joint 5th on the list of 22 recommended tour operators, receiving 4 and 5 stars across all the different categories, and is proudly the only wildlife specialist recommended. Please click here to see the categories and the list in full.
