Summary

This tour spends 7 nights at the fabulous ‘Finca Flores Amarillas’, deep in the heart of the Extremaduran countryside, ideally located to enable us to access many famous birding spots, including Campo Lugar, the Rio Guadiana, the Embalse de Alcollarín, the Monroy, Cáceres and Santa Marta de Magasca steppes, Monfragüe National Park and many others. With direct flights to and from Madrid, this tour promises to be a popular choice for those wishing to see a great variety of wonderful European birds, while also enjoying a very relaxed, healthy-eating experience.

Finca Flores Amarillas is a 4* ‘Casa Rural’ (country house), located in a lovely area near the small town of Almoharín, south of Trujillo. Paul and Iva, the hosts, provide superb, fresh, home-cooked meals which will delight the most discerning of palates and they look forward to welcoming you to enjoy the best of plant-based cuisine in a serene and welcoming environment!
